In circumstances where 50% has not been collected prior to the commencement of work, the full 100% payment will be required upon completion. Any special terms should be put into the schedule before commencement unless a substitute arrangement has been agreed upon by both parties at a later date.
Failure to complete payment is a direct breach of Jigsaw Specialists Ltd’s company policy and the contractual agreement made with the consumer. This may lead to cancellation of services, compensation claims and legal escalation to the higher authorities in court.
